HRx Client Success Story
An organization located in 15 states promoted someone from within to take over and actually create their HR operation. We outlined the HR educational process based on the organizations and employees objectives. Then got to work.
First HRx researched and combined in one large but easy to reference book how the core HR laws differed in each state. With that in place, we were able to create policies and a handbook that covered each requirement. HRx teamed with the HR person and put into place all the new hire documentation and methodology required to handle HR from multiple employee sites. We did the same for the termination process.
Each month we set aside a certain number of hours to continue the training process. This time is a mix or topic-specific training as well as on-going Q&A on the issues as they arise.
Its fun watching the individual grow into the role, as well as being part of their learning journey.
